Talks as transferred to climada_python

At this state the notebooks got transferred to climada_ptyhon to be a part of the documentation
in doc/guide.

Talks as given at the workshop on 18 Jan

These are the guides that were presented on the day of the workshop.
Subsequent work will be to

• get talks into a format where they read as a more formal guide
• include materials from the existing CLIMADA guides in the talks so that the existing guides can be replaced
• improve the presentations a bit
