Getting Running with Phoenix

From the Phoenix install page:

• Install Elixir (this also installs Erlang): brew install elixir
• Install Phoenix mix archive.install https://github.com/phoenixframework/archives/raw/master/phoenix_new.ez

To start your Phoenix app:

• Install dependencies with mix deps.get
• Create and migrate your database with mix ecto.create && mix ecto.migrate
• Start Phoenix endpoint with mix phoenix.server

Now you can visit localhost:4000 from your browser.

To edit/test GraphQL queries/mutations with GraphiQL

• Install graphiql-app with brew cask install graphiql
