This is just a rebase of #15 on top of #20 to simplify

This also fixes all of the fastboot issues we had 🎉

To Do

  • Overarching goal w/this PR... implementing the logic of the tag sidebar
  • Tag page styling needs work e.g. make /tag/tag-name look like /author/melanie
