msp430: fix i2c comments, and init of i2c EUSCI module #587

The EUSCI is initialized as i2c slave, but the comment says it is initialized as i2c master mode, but that is not correct. So make the initialization explicit as i2c slave. And fix some other comments related to EUSCI module.
