The GRID Working Group will be focused on the extensions of CalTRACK site-based savings methods to account for exogenous population level changes to facilitate non-wires alternatives, forecasting of net impact to load shape, and claimable savings. Attribution, including net as well as non-routine events, and persistence of savings are among the core methods this working group is considering to tackle to create initial guidance for the EM2 Steering Committee.
