Enable AndroidX and Jetifier.
Change compile version of Android SDK to SDK 34.
Update gradle to 8.3.2.
Upgrade to androidx.appcompat:appcompat:1.6.1' and 'com.android.support.constraint:constraint-layout:2.0.4'.
