Updates package.json file and packages.
What does this pull request change?
A lot of outdated packages are updated. Some (unused) are removed, and the rest is bumped.
Removed some compilation errors for typescript.
Added
yarn generatecommand for generating the API spec, and changed linting to use biome.Added the web tests to github actions, but disabled them as I could not get them to work.
