This draft PR incorporates a feature request from Harish Gopalan (NREL) - a simplified actuator disk model used in wind farm siting. The formulation of the source terms for the horizontal velocity equations are given in Fig. 1. Figs. 2 and 3 show the evolution of the x-velocity contours. The actuator disks are shown as well.
