For examples/protocols/icmp_echo, when CONFIG_ESP_CONSOLE_USB_SERIAL_JTAG is enabled, build fail, repl used before defined.

tested on branch master and tag v5.3 with s3(ESP Thread Border Router/Zigbee Gateway), build success and the example works functionally.
