Create custom 3D printed pieces for behavior boxes and headcap implants.

About The Project

Create and export blender meshes for 3D printing. Headcap builds are for Neuropixel 2.0 probes. Assembly and surgury protocol for implantation in mice will be published in a future methods paper. Chamber builds are for the behavior boxes used in the Shuler lab.

Installation

1. Clone the repo

   git clone https://github.com/esutlie/blender_creations.git

2. Selecet pieces to generate in main.py (dimentions an be adjusted in builds.py)
3. Select call_file_win.py in the blender file viewer and click run
