feat: print available accounts on startup

overview

• added mnemonic and derivation path as config that is passed down to anvil
• added modules to generate private keys / addresses from mnemonic
  • was going to use https://github.com/miguelmota/go-ethereum-hdwallet but it uses outdated dependencies and couldn't get it to install
  • since we don't need a full wallet implementation, copied over the code that we need into hd_account_store.go
