Description
Removed banners from all pages except governance page, which is being dealt with separately.
Removed page on geth light nodes as these are no longer functional since the merge and uncertain when pos light nodes will ship.
Fixed "hello world" tutorial to use goerli instead of ropsten testnet, also fixed page id's.
