Description
Searches site for Shanghai and staking withdrawals content to update content before Shanghai/Capella upgrade. Most of the content updates were already included in previous PRs related to #9101.
Also adds note about EF Blog subscriptions and updates links from Zhejiang launchpad to Goerli/Mainnet launchpad.
