[Bug] Invite Team Member | Preserve input of name on Invite Team member #3111

Summary

When a user inputs an email address for invite and they forget to input the team member name also, before clicking save - the input email address is wiped. It should preserve already input details.
Also input field completely hides the name box when the user types, which is why number 1 happens
