I have basically the same requirement as describes in the issue.
The project is heavyly modularizes and the REST modules only need the interface/annotations. Depending on whether a module is deplyed in an application with or without jsondoc, the actual jsondoc implementation and its dependencies are required or not.
Well, this branch is based on the changes if have made in the JaxRS extension. I believe this is against you development procedure, but unfortunately I need both changes more or less now.
Maybe you can review the pull requests and then we can see how/whether they can be merged into youy master branch or how we proceed.
