Deploy tenant jenkins in production

Once the new package of tenant Jenkins is available we need to the execute the following course of action to ship it in OSIO production environment

• File an issue to https://github.com/openshiftio/openshift.io/issues/ with label 'team/platform' and tag respective people from service delivery, fabric8-platform team.

  e.g. sample issue https://github.com/openshiftio/openshift.io/issues/2566
