feat: add search for two services chore: upgrade many dependencies including vite, vitests and stripe

Since this updates stripe from v13 to stripe v14, I consider this a major release. |

Summary
This PR introduces the ability to search for the following two services:
In addition, it also corrects the types of the tests and adds some type tests. I also fixed some other outstanding type issues. To enable type testing with Vite, I upgraded to Vite 5.
