FESTIM-workshop (fenicsx version)

This is the FESTIM-workshop for the fenicsx branch of FESTIM.

It is very much work in progress and doesn't contain all the demos yet. It is tested nightly against the latest commit of the fenicsx branch of FESTIM.

To run the tasks:

1. Clone the repository

2. Create the conda environment

conda env create -f environment.yml

2. Open the notebooks and select the festim-workshopx environment
