Upgrade to v1.1.1

• Some generic type changes around DB/Provider and some HashMaps.
• Not Alloy has its own EmptyRoot, renamed our Null to EmptyRoot and mapped it.
• Alloy parent nodes now have as children RlpNode instead of Vec. RlpNode uses ArrayVec which is not that easy to convert to Bytes.
  This added some extra copies but with some work, I think we can remove them by:
  • Going deeper on ArrayVec ->Bytes conversion
  • Use ourselves ArrayVec/RlpNode internally.
