mass import

This feature can be used via the menu in ShanoirUploader: Mass import -> From PACS with Excel

Attention: it requires an user with the roles EXPERT or ADMIN. The mass import creates equipments and centers based on DICOM values, if they are missing in Shanoir. For this an user with the above roles is required.
