This PR adds the capability to serve static UI assets in a GJEX application, enhancing its functionality to include frontend support.
The changes are encapsulated within the HelloWorldModule and StaticAssetsRegistrar, ensuring minimal impact on existing code.
This enhancement brings GJEX closer to feature parity with Dropwizard regarding asset serving.
