This PR migrates the UI to libadwaita 1.4(-beta).
Most notably:
AdwFlapis replacedAdwOverlaySplitViewtogether withAdwBreakpoints andAdwToolbarViews for the main and sidebar content.Using breakpoints will allow more flexible adaptive layouts in the future (for example different overlay toolbar layouts depending on the window size).
