Today I finally finished debugging the install script.
The install script install.sh provided a simple and intuitive way to set up all the dependencies required to run the pipeline. The program is also running with version 4.0 of srna_workbench.
A set of check has been put in place to stop the program from running when a problem occurs and in most cases provides the reason directly to the user.
A verbose mode and non verbose mode will be supplied further on. But any pertinent information during runs is collected to the log folder to provide feedback to the user.

All in all this means that using this program is finally a simple task and a release of this software will soon be produced.
