This PR references issue #19.
How has this been tested?
The purpose of this PR is only for adding the tinymce library folder to the project directory.
Had to do this because most of the tests were failing showing the error as shown below:
" ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'tinymce' "
Please review and merge this PR asap, because the other PR's success depends on this.
