Some bug fixes and new features.

Bug fixes:
Intensive time mode was set but not used if it was changed to intensive mode via select (always 3h were used). The time is now conside correct.

Home assistant should not freez if the KWL gets unavailable (happend on some setups - hope that is now fixed).

New features:
CO2 sensor is now available in home assistant (if it is available in the KWL, otherwiese it should not be added as new entity).

The fan speed for home and away mode now also could be controlled via home assistant.

The KWL could no be turned On/Off via home assistant
