RTMP input mode

Added new feature, which lets srt-server to accept RTMP input stream.
This requires locally installed ffmpeg builded with libstr plugin. The server runs ffmpeg RTMP listener on default 1935 port. ffmpeg converts RTMP -> SRT and routes directly to the server.
