Fixes #75

Should do:

  • Structure vignette
  • Find an example dataset
  • Review some literature regarding non-continuous trait data (still a hot topic as converting into continuous "traits" has strong implications)
  • Create documentation snippet about non-continuous traits
  • Disseminate those snippets across intro vignette + each function + dedicated vignette
