See if we can get motile on conda forge (Get motile on conda-forge motile#98)
Try fresh install from setup.cfg (with just motile installed via conda) and make sure all dependencies are listed and updated
Release versions of motile and motile_toolbox that we can depend on
Put motile_toolbox and the plugin on pip and/or conda in any way possible
