This one was a lot of mechanical changes of WITH -> FOR
I got nervous about this one for some reason and made a copied suite
This is the first one that I thought was quite bad. We might need to figure out some solution to ORDER.

I've left a few suites for now that still run in multiple modes.
Possibly some of the HTTP tests still rely on factoring. I'll be
moving to put the future in the schemas soon.
