These changes include:

Running an initial npm init stencil to bootstrap a new Stencil Project
Adding a basic ESLint configuration
Updating Stencil's default Prettier configuration to be inline with latest standards
Removing the demo component created by npm init stencil
Adding a basic build and test workflow with GitHub Actions
