Idealist for Open Source Contributors
Winter of Code is a program aimed to increase participation for the Google Summer of Code program among students in colleges and universities.
The students will be more likely selected if he/she:
- Familiar with the technologies required by the idea he/she selected.
- Show any previous code/experience related to the idea.
- Provide a resume/cv.
- Have relevant experience with git & github workflow / Open-Source Contribution.
- Choose an idea from the below list.
- Do a self-introduction in our discord server.
- Read and abide to the Contributing Guidelines and Code of Conduct.
- Read and abide to winter of code guidelines.
- Get familiar with the code, technologies and idea.
- If you have questions/queries, clear it out with mentors.
- Submit your proposal.
