Related to #23. Supersedes #24. I'm too lazy to rebase.

  • Refactor build cache to make it trivial to add new build cache directories (e.g. Cargo, Go, Bazel).
  • Drop build cache support for legacy XML builds, as suggested by @joebonrichie.

Tested against both the YPKG format and the Pspec format.

I can't build this thing right now because our libgit2 version needs to be 1.5.0...?
