This release improves support for a multitude of icon themes for the Software Center, specifically:

• Adwaita
• Arc (with Moka)
• Breeze
• HighContrast
• Moka (without Arc)
• Paper

With this improved support, there will be noticable less broken component icons and alongside package improvements on the repo side, Third Party icons will be available without the need for the entire Papirus Icon Theme.

Building on this, the following Third Party items have been added so they may be installed graphically:

• Android Tools
• Ocenaudio
• PyCharm (Community Edition)
• Rider

Other improvements include:

• Icons will be more reliably downscaled.
• CVE and Task links are now fixed. Previously, if tasks or CVEs are linked to directly in a phabricator diff, solus-sc tried to create a link inside of a link. We now check for matches after whitespace.
