HTML5 Bombergirl 1.8

This is an almost complete rewrite of MattSkalas html5-bombergirl. It is entirely written in javascript and is playable on desktop as well as mobile browsers. The game can be played in both singleplayer and multiplayer.

HTML5 Bombergirl Changes

  • The biggest change is the behaviour of the bots. They are much smarter now, using multiple bombs, collecting bonuses, ducking fire more eficiently and providing a challenge to the human player
  • The game adjusts its size to feet any screen size. It's playable on a mobile screen
  • Touch controls added
  • The game art is changed
  • The objects in the game have shadows now
  • New soundtrack by RoccoW
  • Sound effects added when collecting bonuses
  • Each player accumulates points when collecting bonuses now
  • Control system reworked. You can hold the bomb key now and bombs will be placed one after the other
  • New menu screen
  • Pause and mute buttons have been added
  • When bots die they turn into a ghost and fly to heaven
  • After a player dies she turns into a ghost and can still roam the map
  • The gameover screen offers a nice "firework spectacle" for the winning player
  • The speed bonus offers a smaller speed boost now
  • updated the easeljs, soundjs and preloadjs libraries
  • removed the Core dependency
