currency conversion for partial exalts and fixes

now in the tooltip you'll also see the price in chaos of just the floating part of the price for any price with floating point and currency more valuable then chaos.
NEW FEATURE: ask to buy with rest
for any price with floating part of more then .5 in the tooltip you'll see a link that copies to clipboard a message asking to buy receiving rest in chaos. For example 1.8 exalted will get the message: "@Seller can I pay 2 exalted and receive the rest of 36 chaos?"
FIX: first try at fixing the problem of some users that get an empty saves list the first time they open saved searches or multilive search interface. Not sure this solves the problem because I haven't been able to reproduce it. It should at least add debug logs for this specific problems that should help narrow it down.
TWEAK: changed a little bit the way multilive searches start. Should be a bit clearer.

Multilive fixes

Quick Filters: Now you can specify to use the currently selected league on the fly without modifying you searches, and also specify a maximum price in chaos.
FIX: multi live search: if one search fails the fetch phase it gets ignored, but the other searches go on connecting to the server
FIX: multi live search: fixed a problem where in some cases the same item was spamming all the time in the result list
TWEAK: multi live search: both fetching and connecting phase are now paced, so you should experience a lot less failures. The server refuses some connections if too many from the same IP come in at the same time.

Added a minimalist console for multi live-searches so you know how many connections are actually working and on which searches. You can also stop and restart the live searches.
This was needed because after a while, and sometimes also at startup, some connections stop working.
