In the next years High-Luminosity Large Hardon Collider is will be able to produce a significant number of rare events such as the HH pairs. This thesis uses Monte Carlo simulated data to compare HH dacay into bbl$\nu$jj with an irriducible background produced by top-antitop (ttbar). The analysis is performed at LHE level (Les Houches files) with ROOT framework. Kinematics considerations on the ideal process and quality factors are made to find the variables with the most different distribution. After a cut on the reconstructed invariant masses of the background particles, the variables selected are used for a Toy Monte Carlo simulation in order to estimate the expected number of HH events and its uncertainty. Four different luminosities are taken into account.
