Hakken is a mobile workflow solution that consists of a dynamic android client, a Java server and one or more Data Connectors for interfacing with other systems.

Hakken provides an Android client that can synchronise jobs with the server component. Jobs are instances of tasks which are defined using JSON. On the server, DataConnectors define sources of data (such as a data base or existing enterprise workflow application) and mappings are created between data sources and task definitions. The idea is that the hakken server is pretty generic and allows for dataconnectors to be written to let it talk to pretty much anything. Currently only a JDBC connector is publicly available but others will be created in the future.
