Fixation de la version du module django-dsfr à deux versions antérieur.
Pourquoi ?
Le formulaire d'édition des activités est cassé :

La version 1.4.4 du module rend la surcharge de multiple_input.html inopérante.
Ainsi, le balisage avec le label du groupe, puis les activités un niveau inférieur (nécessaire pour faire le filtrage dynamique en JS) n'était plus présent.
Diff de la version du module pour continuer les fouilles plus tard :
numerique-gouv/django-dsfr@v1.4.3...v1.4.4

Mise à jour mineure de Django et de la version Python du Docker.
