There was already reordering capability in layer attributes table. Adding 2 new libraries just for basic drag&drop sorting seems unnecessary. Therefore I added support for reordering of list items with similar implementation of current code base. Or are there more benefits to use these libraries? |

Adds ability to change order of topics.
@vueuse/coreand@vueuse/integrations- PR uses only small part of it (useSortable), so if you think you don't want to include this library, it would require taking code from https://github.com/vueuse/vueuse/blob/main/packages/integrations/useSortable/index.ts
