Update setting-your-commit-email-address.md

If you have your public email accidentally in a new git config, you must reset commits that have this e-mail address. This is an attempt to include this in the docs near email settings.

I understand why you'd suggest this, but the article in question concerns "Setting your commit email address" and the section you've added doesn't really line up with that title, so we'd have to consider adding it as a new article if we were to go ahead with it. I'm also not completely confident that the suggested instructions, as they are, would work with messier histories.

I'd recommend opening a Discussion: that way, GitHub staff can see trends and understand what shortcomings our content might have, and how best to address them.

I'd also recommend that you raise an issue first in future, so that we can discuss changes before you spend time writing them up. That way everybody—most importantly, you as the contributor—has a better overall experience.
