Update Chinese translation

By "update" it's probably better to say "rework". Reasons:

• The original translation file is pretty old (introduced in 2022 or so). The structure of the english source file has changed somewhat.
• The original translation contains some sentences that isn't exactly suitable for distribution with the mod, namely, too casual and ironic to be a proper description.

The version I posted here originated in CFPAOrg/Minecraft-Mod-Language-Package#4254, which is also posted by me, and the reviews have been incorporated into this version.

Originally this version is done against 1.20, but since the English language file has not changed, I'm directly posting it against 1.21, the currently supported version.
