This almost worked out of the box. My events did not contain
event.chat. Looking for a solution I found this:https://github.com/LonamiWebs/Telethon/blob/v1/readthedocs/basic/updates.rst#entities
Apparently, we must not read chat_id using
event.chat.id, but useevent.chat_idinstead.Thanks for the tool!
