- Detect long orphans (144+ orphaned chains)
- Fix inefficient handling (db build phase uses 2x less RAM and is 10x faster as a result)
- Report condition to user (likely their blockchain data is corrupted)
- Fix build warnings around std::vector::insert
- Remove old protobuf schemas
