Hour format could be globally configurable. E.g. in EU - 24h format is more common and new source graph shows AM/PM hours. It's a bit confusing.
Another thing which could be also configurable is a week's start date (Sunday vs Monday). Currently absolute date calendar uses "Sunday" as a first day. I bet it confuses EU people :)
p.s. For multi continental setups this settings could be configured per user.
Above mentioned is not an issue, it's more like wish or nice-to-have thing :)

Since 9ccbf8f we are using 24h format in the sources histogram as well. I think the issue with the first day of the week should be in another ticket, just to keep it clean :)
Update: After reading the issue again, it was clear that this issue is actually asking to make locale information configurable, so forget my previous comment.
