Fixed bugs introduced in 1.4.2

1.4.2 - Better nbproc support for stats sockets

Fixed unpredictable behavior around selecting the correct stats socket to send commands to in the event that nbproc is greater than 1. We make the assumption that the only stats socket that needs commands is the one attached to process 1.

Support nbproc > 1

haproxyctl now works with nbproc > 1.
