+- Short-term Goals:
+  I am looking forward to work in an organization where I can leverage my skills, grow personally and professionally and contribute to the growth of the organization and the society, at large. I want to upskill myself on the latest technologies and network with like-minded people.

+- Long-term Goals:
+  I have plans to start my own startup which would be a boost to the Kerala's startup ecosystem. The experience and the network which I would achieve working in the industry will definitely help me in this initiative. I have plans to do an Executive MBA, which would help me in gaining business knowledge and entrepreneurial skills.

+  Kerala has the potential to excel in the technology startup ecosystem by leveraging its strengths and strategically addressing key areas for growth. Focus must be on building sustainable tech startups and attracting the best talent from around the world. Infrastructural development will also play an important role in developing Kerala's tech ecosystem. The policies of the government must be more startup friendly. Talent development and retention must always be prioritized. Global collaboration is the key to excel in the technology space.
