+-  I meet the requirements for being a leader and influencer in my domain through my experiences and accomplishments. For instance, I led the Creative and Design Team at IEDC and later assumed the role of Chief Creative Officer. Under my leadership, our team excelled at the IPL event organized by IEDC Kerala, showcasing our creativity and innovation.

+- Moreover, I led a team of juniors in developing a successful project for Kannur International Airport—a sophisticated e-learning software providing administrative privileges and serving as an employee learning platform. This project demonstrated my ability to lead and execute complex initiatives effectively.

+- Additionally, I led a team to successfully complete a Smart Campus Bus Tracking System project. We enhanced the existing system with numerous features beneficial to students and administration alike, showcasing my problem-solving and project management skills.
