installing skaji-relocatable-perl failed on intel mac (macos-13 runner) due to the result of misidentifying the arch as "i386" while it should've been "x86_64". That's for future PRs. |

The purpose of this PR is to utilize github's runner to briefly test the end-result (the
perlbrewexecutable) to see if its commands works as advertised.
