NOTE:
=====
* You have to have the Intel(R) IPP Library installed on your system
* The IPPROOT variable in ./conf/ipp_globals have to be set to the root
  directory of the IPP installation. This defaults to /opt/intel/ipp.
  Please change this to suit your needs.
* The IPPARCH variable in ./conf/ipp_globals have to be set to the used
  architecture. This defaults to ia32.
  Please change this to suit your needs.

INSTALL:
========
Plese check the ./conf/ipp_globals file to adapt the bindings to your ipp installation. Then a normal installation procedure with
$ python setup.py build
$ python setup.py install
should be sufficent.
