Preliminary User Stories. This will have additional stories added to it at next listening session.
- MANUFACTURER: Our bakery chain sometimes over produces. We need an outlet when that happens.
- RETAIL MARKET: We have to unload these groceries that expire in two days to make room for new shipments.
- RAW MATERIALS: At the end of our farmer's market, we have a lot of produce that we cannot truck back to our farm.
- CATERING: After our film shooting, we have loads of food that we don't want to keep throwing away.
- MONETARY: We are always looking to make large monetary donations to worthy causes.
- TRANSPORTATION: Our company van just sits in the parking lot all day. We should put it to good use.
- CATERING: As a startup, we provide food for our employees and also have loads of leftovers at the end of the day.
- RAW MATERIALS: Half of the carrots we grow are ugly and we don't know what to do with them.
- INDIVIDUAL: I have extra meals on my meal plan that I don't use.
- Co-op DISTRIBUTOR: Our food distribution company tosses out a lot of food.
- RESTAURANT: I want to give away our extra pasta dishes at the end of the night but the containers are too expensive.
- RESTAURANT: My manager makes me throw away the extra food we have even though it's edible.
- RESTAURANT: I own a restaurant and we over-produce meals even though we plan.
- INDIVIDUAL: How do I give money to this food organization?

- VOLUNTEER: On Saturdays, my family and I spend our day volunteering as food runners.

- RAW MATERIALS: The food scraps we feed our pigs come every day from the food processing plant down the road.
- GARDENER: This compost we got from the city's recycling center is made from food scraps.
